Qualifications: BTF Group Coach (Level 2)
Bio:
I have been part of London Fields Triathlon Club since 2009 where I have trained as an athlete, coached and taken on numerous other Club Committee roles.
I have been competing in triathlon since 2011, participating in all key distances from Sprint to Ironman in the UK and across Europe.
Since 2022 I have been part of the LFTC coaching team where I have worked to develop my coaching skills across all disciplines.
I love to work with and help other athletes achieve their goals and I enjoy seeing the positive benefits of people’s lives in taking part in triathlon.
Key Achievements & Experience:
1st in my age-category for the first time at Olympic distance racing in 2024.
Completed multiple European 1-day cycle sportives such as the Maratona, Flanders, Liege-Bastogne-Liege and Mallorca 312.
Coach of the Year 2024!
Big Goals/Dreams for 2025:
Supporting and encouraging the next generation of coaches in our club.
Learning to enjoy (somehow) the run at the end of a cycle in a race.
Staying injury free.
